Dear Delta Airlines,
I am sending this letter of complaint because your company is rude, inconsiderate, and not trustworthy. Flight 745 left Billings, Montana with a direct flight to Italy. As you must already know, your flight did not arrive in Italy; it arrived on some tiny island in the middle of WATER! Once we landed and stepped off the plane with our luggage, the pilot waved good-bye and flew away. We have no food, water, shelter, and communication devices. I am sitting on a beach full of sand and have not taken a shower in 3 days. This island is very pretty but there is nothing here except trees, bushes, birds, ocean, and LOTS of white sand. I hope you send emergency people to come and rescue us because we are running out of food and many travelers are severely sick. I am truly disappointed in your airlines and the fact that you have not returned to get us. I guess for the time being we will try and make a bed and cook the food we have. By the way your airline company better be paying my $256 hotel room in Italy.
I don’t know how you will receive this letter, considering there is no mail, but sometime you will and understand that this is unacceptable and your airline has abandoned us on this tiny island.
Sincerely,
Kristyn Arlian
